Before shipment, our surveyors verify that the product meets the contracted specifications: dimensions, weight, marking, surface condition, heat (cast) certificates and laboratory tests when applicable. We coordinate with the local customs agent to expedite clearance and delivery to the client's warehouse or plant. We carry out post-delivery follow-up to confirm conformity of the material received.
