Specialized in every aspect of the steel-product supply chain.

We manage the international purchase and sale of steel products in all their categories: flat, long, tubular and special steels. We access mills and manufacturers directly in the main global production centers, negotiating price, quality, certification and delivery-time conditions on behalf of our clients. Each trading operation includes the review of technical specifications, analysis of applicable standards (ASTM, EN, API, JIS) and management of international contracts under current Incoterms.

We coordinate the complete logistics chain from the port of origin to the final destination. Our service covers customs-agent coordination, document management and real-time shipment tracking. We work with top-tier shipping lines and logistics operators, ensuring operational continuity even on high-demand routes or in volatile market conditions.

We have technical surveyors specialized in steel products to carry out inspections at origin before shipment. The inspections verify dimensions, tolerances, chemical composition, mechanical properties, marking and packaging in accordance with the agreed standards. We issue official inspection reports that accompany the shipment documentation, offering our clients an additional layer of quality control that reduces the risk of non-conformities at destination.

We act as commercial agents for international manufacturers and mills. This representation includes client prospecting, presentation of technical portfolios, offer management and negotiation, order follow-up and after-sales service. For the manufacturers represented, Tradestahl functions as a local extension of their sales team, with full knowledge of the regional market, its regulatory requirements and its purchasing cycles.

We advise on and comprehensively manage steel import processes for our clients: tariff classification, prior licenses, standard certificates, health or industrial registrations when applicable, and coordination with regulatory bodies. We prepare and review all the foreign-trade documentation required in the destination countries, minimizing customs delays and ensuring regulatory compliance in every operation.

In alliance with external advisors we review and structure international purchase-and-sale contracts, verify compliance with customs regulations and foreign-trade rules, and manage certificates of origin and the technical documentation required by the competent authorities. We assess contractual risks, assist in resolving disputes with suppliers or customs agents, and ensure compliance with the special import regimes in force in the destination country. Its purpose is to protect the importer from legal, fiscal and operational contingencies throughout the entire operation chain.
